Divinity

Typed by Pom

Sometimes even something that can be explained by science is so breath-takingly beautiful that even the scientific explanation cannot take away the pure splendor of its occurrence. It's one of the flaws of science for me - the implication that everything can be explained and therefore deeming it somehow less special or precious.
In the case of the above "Fire Rainbow" I don't know that anything could strip it of its magnificence. The most rare of naturally occurring phenomena, the Fire Rainbow has a perfectly scientific explanation but why? If you want to know the explanation (it is interesting and doesn't negate the unique gift that it is) - go find it yourself. I, on the other hand, will just enjoy.
