McCain's "Bitch"

Typed by Pom

In an attempt to woo Clinton supporters John McCain announced today that he's chosen Sarah Palin as his running mate (and to ride on the back of the Harley he doesn't have in the next Sturgis ralley he doesn't attend) in the upcoming election. While she may have broad appeal as an ultra (and I do mean ULTRA) conservative within their party, she can hardly appeal to those disenfranchised Clinton voters if any of them bother to do any homework on her at all! (Hint: She said (in a Newsweek interview that) she felt kind of bad she couldn't support a woman, but she didn't like Clinton's "whining.")

Pro-life, pro-drilling, pro-guns, pro-dirty politics, and pro-mooseburgers. This woman has everything it takes to lead us ... well right where we've been for the last 8 years + mooseburgers. And so what if she doesn't have any major experience in a major office - 2 years as governor of one of our least populated states can certainly qualify you to run a country of 300,000,000 people - the GOP is set to stagnate. She has a great approval rating in Alaska (apparently they didn't ask the moose nor polar bears) of at least 80% but is currently under investigation in her own state for "abuse of power". This is exactly who the GOP should want in that office "just a heart beat away" (she didn't know what the VP's job was - wonder if she knows what the president's job is?) from one of the most important jobs in the world.

I sincerely hope that this choice is taken for the slap in the face to women that it really is by the McCain camp, but frankly I don't know. Judgment seems to be in short supply these days much like oil and money.

I do have one question for this "pro-life, Christian, conservative, feminist" - if you can't trust a woman with a choice, how can you trust her with a baby?

Absolutely. She really is the worst representation of feminism I've ever seen!
