I did home health care for the elderly and disabled about 10 years ago. Ellen calls a fan named Gladys Hardy and Gladys reminds me so much of my first patient that I really just laughed until I cried! Good stuff! I wish I could have embedded the video but the code they offered wouldn't work on Blogger. I don't care if it's scripted or authentic but something tells me after working with people of Gladys's age, you can't script this! Ellen's reactions are absolutely priceless - love her! Anywho...
