The above photo is a sculpture of a shoe and is a tribute to Muntadhar al-Zeidi, the Iraqi journalist who threw his shoe at Bush! Love it!!
I guess this is a week of funny photos, videos, and stories. It's my way of taking my mind off of the reality of my own life. Hope it's been fun for you too.

Just got around to the Gladys video, and it WAS halarious! Thanks so much for sharing it!
I'm so tempted to go to the crawford 'ranch' (no stock or crops but they call it a ranch) and throw shoes at him..but i think they have a bol (be on lookout) for me so don't think id get close enough to do it.
I have a group of friends that are going to gather at least a thousand single shoes and deliver them via UPS to "W"s new address with a note that says "duck this!"
